21 S U M M E R C A M P S Summer Stay and Play Ages 2-3 4 week sessions (Jun 8 - Jul 3 or Jul 6-31), M-F from 9-10:30am or 11am-12:30pm at Stevenson Center $250/session Oak Park residents $375/session non-residents Boost your child's independence and emphasize socialization with their peers, through play. Your child's fine motor skills, senses, and coordination will develop as they participate in daily planned activities like shaving cream art, obstacle course challenges, and songs. A great program for those transitioning into Playschool at the Park District after Labor Day this fall. No swim days or field trips are scheduled. Early Childhood Adventure Weeks Ages 3-5 Weekly, M-F from 8:00-11:30am June 8 - Aug 14 at Andersen Center $125/week Oak Park residents $188/week non-residents Join us weekly on our crazy, wacky, and wild theme based adventures that are sure to spark creativity and interest within your child! From the Wild West to a week full of Balloons, your little adventurer will be skip- ping home smiling, laughing, and excited about what the next day will bring. Crafts, small and large group games, various activities, songs, and stories will fill the daily schedule. No two weeks will be the same! Mad Science: In the Garden Camp Ages 3-5 1-week camp, Aug 17-21 9am-12pm or 1-4pm at Andersen Center $233/week Oak Park residents $350/week non-residents Each day is devoted to different aspects of the garden, allowing children to progressively enrich their understanding of how living things grow and how they interact with the environment around them. Children will perform hands-on experiments, play games, as well as enjoy a snack and story related to the theme. They will wrap up each day by illustrating their latest discoveries. . Jr. Camp SPARK Ages 4-6 2-week sessions, M-F from 8:30am-Noon June 8 - Aug 14 at Rehm Park $350/ session Oak Park residents $525/ session non-residents Includes daily swim lessons! Jump into a world of fantasy, adventure, and growth at Camp SPARK! We focus on developing SKILLS, fostering PLAY, providing ADVENTURE and promoting RECREATION for KIDS. This camp is sure to SPARK the spirit within you. Jr. SPARKers start to learn independence from parents as they develop individuality and friendships with fellow campers. Arts & crafts, games, activities and more! The day will begin with a swim lesson at Rehm Pool and end at Rehm Park. Camp SPARK Grades K-6 (in fall) Weekly, M-F from 8am-3pm June 8 - Aug 28 Fox Center, Carroll Center, Longfellow Center and Field Center locations $232/week Oak Park residents $348/week non-residents We focus on developing SKILLS, fostering PLAY, providing ADVENTURE and promoting RECREATION for KIDS. Campers will work on teamwork and cooperation through gameplay, improve artistic skills through arts and crafts, and get the opportunity to try new things and explore new hobbies. All Camp SPARK campers will get to enjoy weekly field trips planned based on their age group for maximum enjoyment. This camp is sure to spark the spirit within you. All Camp SPARK Campers are eligible to attend Extended Camp if care is needed beyond 3PM!
