92 GYMNASTICS REFUND POLICY Refunds must be requested 48 hours before a program meets for the second time or no refund will be issued for the remaining classes in the session. A $10.00 service fee will be charged for each gymnastics class cancelled. SUMMER CAMPS REFUND POLICY A $25 non-refundable deposit will apply to all refunds for each session of park district camps; only $3 for camps under $150. Refund requests for camps must be received two weeks before the program meets to be eligible for a refund. Refunds within two weeks will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled with another participant. To take advantage of the resident rates you must provide a driver's license or state ID with an Oak Park address. If you do not have either of those, you can choose TWO of the forms of identification below to prove your Oak Park address. • telephone or utility bill (cell phone bills will not be accepted) • voter's registration card or vehicle registration card • lease or mortgage statement • Village of Oak Park vehicle sticker receipt Unless otherwise noted, refunds must be requested 24 hours before a program meets for the second time or no refund will be issued. This can now be done by phone! Refund requests for trips and one-day programs must be received two weeks before the program meets to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds for program fees paid by credit cards will be issued to the original credit card used. In the event of natural disasters and/or extreme weather conditions outside our control requiring facility closures and activity cancellations no refunds will be issued. REGISTRATION INFORMATION New Park District Users - How to register online If you're a new patron with us, you will have to register for an online registration account. It's easy! Visit http://www.pdop.org/registration and follow the instructions on the screen! Once you submit your information, we will setup an account for you, verify your residency if applicable, and send your confirmation via email within 2 business days. Then you can begin registering for classes online! ONLINE REGISTRATION IS FAST, SECURE & EASY! The most convenient way to register is online using our online registration system at www. pdop.org/registration. After logging in to your household account, you will be able to view the enrollment status of the class you want, register, and print your own receipt. There are additional features available when you log in as well, including the ability to print calendars for your household activities as well as pay any outstanding balances. http://www.pdop.org/registration/ Receipts and class information can be accessed under "My Account." You can always call us at (708) 725-2000 to check your class status, as well! Park District ID Card Information The Park District uses a universal ID card system. Our photo ID card may be used for any type of "member- ship" registration within the Park District after paying the appropriate fee. Please keep this card from season to season. A replacement card fee of $5.00 will be charged to replace lost cards. New for 2015, use your card at Pool/Rink concessions using pre-loaded funds. You can add them online through your registration acccount. To purchase a pass online Visit www.pdop.org/registration and select "Login" in the left hand column. Sign in with your username and password. (You may request this information by emailing info@pdop.org). Click on the Passes and Memberships symbol (pictured), or select "Pass Search" from the Search drop drown menu. You may purchase individual passes for all members of your household. If you have an ID card from a previous year, it will be activated at the time of purchase. If you do not have an ID card, you can have your picture taken to create one at a Park District registration site (GRC or RCRC, see page 4 for details and hours of operation). Universal ID Card Replacement Program The Park District replaces pass cards every three years. If you are a new pass holder in 2015, you will receive a new card and will be on a 3 year replacement cycle with your card being replaced in 2018 (although you will still need to activate it each summer to use it as a pool pass!). POOL & ICE ARENA PASSES INFO SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS Scholarship funds are available to assist low-income individuals and families in participating in Park District of Oak Park programs.
