Magic Class!!
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
Children are guaranteed to have a great time as
they learn fascinating tricks from professional
magician Gary Kantor. Amaze family and friends
with tricks that involve cards, ropes, coins, mind-
reading and more. While the tricks may appear
difficult, you'll discover that they are quick to
learn and easy to perform. All materials are pro-
vided, and each child receives a magic kit to take
home. Children are grouped by age and will learn
tricks that are age-appropriate. Additionally, you
can sign up for this class again and again since
brand new tricks are taught each session!

Science: My Incredible Body
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
Are you fascinated by the human body? Come out
and learn more about how our body works. We
will learn about the cells that make up our organs
and will have an opportunity to view them using
a microscope. Each class will include a hands-on
activity such as making an edible cell and investi-
gating how blood moves through our heart.

Guitar Stars
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
Learning to play the guitar is fun! In Guitar Stars,
the children will learn the fundamentals of guitar
playing, including holding the guitar and pick,
proper fret-hand finger position, sight reading,
playing by ear, and playing basic songs. Also, as the
children progress, they will have the opportunity to
test for "Guitar Belts", a fun motivational system
patterned after martial arts. Each child will receive
a participation award and guitar-related prizes.

problem solving, math, and physics skills - all while
engaging in exciting building projects. Each day
focuses on a specific area of engineering, like flight,
bridge building, and tower construction. The unit
will culminate in a testing of students' final projects
and each student will recieve an award for their
progress during the class.
