Alphabet Action
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
Bring in your learner each week as we use a
variety of methods to act out the alphabet. This 45
minute program will provide your child additional
exposure to their ABC's, socialization, and fun!
Through yoga, song, dance, and art, your child will
create connections between letters and movement.
Min 6/Max 12
Class does not meet: 03/28
Language Learners: French and
Spanish
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
In these classes young learners will be exposed to
Spanish and French words and phrases as they
socialize and interact with their peers during small
and large group activities. Foods, art, music and
stories will be part of the fun as participants gain
an appreciation for other cultures. This is an
introductory class that will involve repetition to
increase exposure, comprehension, and connections
to everyday activities that are familiar to our learners.
Min 6/Max 12
Class does not meet: 03/29; 03/31
Sunday Funday
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
This program is great for parents and kids! Spend
your Sunday in whatever fun way you want . . .
watching the game, shopping, or a late lunch
with friends . . . while your child socializes with
new friends their age at the Stevenson Indoor
Playground. Projects, activities, free play indoors
and out - weather permitting, will fill your child's
2.5 hour time . . . what will fill yours?
Min 6/Max 12
Clay, Paint & Draw
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
Busy hands mean busy minds. Engage in an afternoon
of art exploring the richness of clay and play dough,
the power of the paint brush, and the creativity of the
crayon! Different projects will be introduced to your
child each week as they begin to create their very first
portfolio of work. The adult-assisted program will
incorporate similar projects and activities adjusted to
meet the needs and age of participants.
