Mine, Craft, Build Adventure
Game

Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO®! Resourceful-
ness, creativity, and cooperation come together in this
unique building adventure game; roll the dice to mine
for resources, and use these resources to build special
items to help in our adventures! Build a Zoo, create a
Medieval Castle, and design a Tree House Village! This
LEGO® experience is an original game designed by
Play-Well instructors inspired by the popular game,
Minecraft. Students will have a blast, even without any
prior experience with Minecraft or LEGO®.

Mine, Craft, Build Survival
Game
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO®! Resourceful-
ness, creativity, and cooperation come together in
this unique building adventure game; roll the dice
to mine for resources, craft tools, and watch out for
Creepers! This ultimate LEGO® Minecraft experience
is an original game designed by Play-Well instructors,
using gameplay elements and characters inspired by
the popular Minecraft video game. Students will have a
blast, even without any prior experience with Minecraft
or LEGO®.

Hot Wheels Challenge
Supervisor:Karyn DeYoung
Start your engines and get ready to race! Various race
tracks will be set up for all little speedsters to test their
cars! In addition, a mini course with remote con-
trolled cars will be set up. Each participant will receive
a Hot Wheels car and pizza lunch.

Chess Scholars Camp
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
This camp is designed for both beginners and expe-
rienced young players. All participants will learn cool
new strategies at the appropriate level from a renowned
Chess Scholars coach. Each class will consist of a fun
interactive teaching period and guided practice time.
Children will have an opportunity to test for a Chess
Belt® under a unique Chess Scholars system patterned
after martial arts belts. There will also be a chess
competition with prizes! Each camper will take home a
chess set and an award. Please bring your own snacks.

Circus Camp
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
This camp is designed for students to try their hand at
the arts of the circus! This is an introduction to the art
with a small showcase display of what we've learned
for parents on the last day. You will learn basic tricks
and stunts straight from the circus. Trapeze and aerial
silks will be taught. This is a unique opportunity and
a great way to improve strength and coordination.

Public skates are packed full of excitement and
unique experiences, featuring rocking music, a high
energy atmosphere, and something for everyone.
A beginner area allows those new to skating to get
comfortable in an unintimidating environment.
Haven't skated in a while? Ridgeland Common is the
place to get back on the ice. Round up the family,
your friends, significant other, or come by yourself to
a new and exciting public skate experience.
