Adult Gymnastics - Ages 18 & up
This is a co-ed instructed class for adults who are interested in learning gymnastics or maintaining their
gymnastics skills. Classes are 1 hour, 20 minutes.Regular Gymnastics cancellation policy applies. If you are
not a current student, please call 708-725-2200 for class availability.
Purchase 10 visits for either Preschool Playtime or
Open Gym on your child's Park District Universal
Card (Park District ID card) and save $1.00 per
visit. These passes can be purchased online or in
person and can be used by more than one child.
Replacement cards are $5.00!

DROP IN PROGRAM: Preschool
Playtime (Ages 1-6)
$6 per visit
Walk-ins welcome! A favorite with all our
preschoolers, this is an open gym for children 1-6
years old. All children must be accompanied and
supervised by an adult. The waiver sign in sheet
must be filled out each visit. Children enrolled in a
current gymnastics class who miss their class can
attend a preschool playtime within the same session
for free.

DROP IN PROGRAM: Open Gym
(Ages 6 to adult)
6 year olds must be in first grade
Fall 2015
$12 per visit
No gymnastics experience required! This program
is intended for anyone who wants to practice
independently to improve their gymnastics skills. A
parent or guardian must sign a waiver each visit for
all participants under the age of 18 otherwise access
to the gym will not be permitted (downloadable
copies available online at www.oakparkgymnastics.
com, bring your signed copy with you).

Gymnastics at the GRC
Boys Challenge (8+ years)
Intended for boys ages 8+ who want to build
strength, flexibility, balance, agility, speed and
coordination. This class will provide a concrete base
for any sport. The class will meet one day a week for
1 hour and is limited to 10 students. Child must be 8
years old by 1/10/16.

Tumbling & Trampoline
This co-ed beginner level class focuses on basic
tumbling and trampoline skills. Students will learn
skills based on a progression chart and have the op-
portunity to progress at their own rate, from beginner
to advanced tumbling, trampoline, and tumble track
skills. Classes are 1 hour. Child must be 6 years old
by 1/10/16.
