Adult Beginner (Ages 16+)
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
The adult beginner class is designed for the adult new
to skating. It promotes physical fitness and improved
balance and coordination while teaching proper
skating techniques. This level introduces skating by
developing falling and recovery, forward marching,
forward glides and forward swizzles, snowplow stops,
two foot turns and gliding into dips.

Adult Intermediate (Ages 16+)
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
Adult skating is for people looking to skate as part of
a fit and healthy lifestyle. Adult Intermediate skating
builds from the previous level by developing stroking,
swizzles, swizzle pumps, one foot glides, slalom,
chasses, edges, crossovers, 2-foot spin, 3-turns, pivots
and swing rolls.

Adult Advanced (Ages 16+)
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
Adult Advanced continues the skill progression from
the previous level by developing figure 8 crossovers,
edge changes, t-stop, chasse sequence, one foot spin,
mohawk, stroking patterns, crossovers to edge glides,
lunge, spiral, half jumps, waltz jump, salchow, toe
loop jumps and footwork sequence.

Finally there is a time on the ice just for parents and children. What better way to develop motor skills,
balance, and agility than to come out on the ice in a time just for you. Skating aids will be available and
the rink will be open to only children under the age of 6. All children must be supervised by parents and
no adults are allowed without a child. Start a new routine this fall and visit the ice rink for a fun and
educational experience!
