REGISTER ONLINE www.pdop.org/camps 3 REGISTRATION Resident registration begins Saturday, February 6 at 8:30am. Camp Registration is first come, first served, no lottery. Non-resident registration begins February 20. Register online: www.pdop.org/camps Remember to register for the grade your child will be entering in Fall 2016. WHERE WILL YOUR KID BE THIS SUMMER? The Park District of Oak Park has something for everyone. • Physical activity and exercise • Develop skills you don't learn in school, swim lessons available in many camps. • Increase sense of independence and confidence • Get a leg up on peers with a competitive edge in sports, math, art and more • Learn to navigate new environ- ments with weekly field trips • Build lifelong friendships with fellow campers Camps are accredited by the American Camps Association. Benefits of attending Summer Camp Summer is a great time to be a kid. School is out and it's time for a new adventure. You can learn to swim or skate. Create a sculpture or your own video game. Or, bike, hike, or skateboard your way to fun. We have something for everybody at the Park District of Oak Park. Programs are offered for 2 to 16 year olds and vary from traditional day camps and sports camps to unique offerings like Eco-Rangers, Circus Camp, Ramp Camp and Summer Creative Arts Workshops! Extended camp until 6pm for select camps. Registration for extended camp is seperate from day camp registration. Need more time? PAYMENT PLAN Register with a $25 non-refundable deposit for each camp. e full amount is due May 1, 2016, or the Park District will cancel the registration. When you register online, change the overall pay- ment amount on your "Begin Checkout" screen to reduce the payment amount to $25 for each camp in your cart (so for two camps the total required is $50). Or, you can pay for the camps in full at the time of registration. SUMMER CAMPS REFUND POLICY A $25 non-refundable deposit will apply to all refunds for each session of park district camps; only $3 for camps under $150. Refund requests for camps must be received two weeks before the pro- gram meets to be eligible for a refund. Refunds within two weeks will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled with another participant.
