JES Semi-Private Beginner
Ages 6-13
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
Semi Private Beginner (Formerly Semi-Private Kids 1 & 2) lessons provide a smaller
instructor to student ratio to offer more individual attention to each swimmer.
Intended for students comfortable in the water and begins to teach skills such as
floating, glides, kicks, and full front crawl and backstroke. Class Size: 3:1 student to
instructor ratio. Little or no swim experience required to register for this class.

JES Advanced
Ages 6-12
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
e Advanced class polishes strokes so students swim with more ease, power
and smoothness over greater distances. At this level, swimmers should be able
to complete 100 yards of Front Crawl with Rhythmical Breathing, 100 yards
of Backstroke, 100 yards of Breaststroke, 100 yards of Sidestroke, 100 yards of
Elementary Backstroke, 50 yards of Butterfly, and three minutes of treading water.
Class does not meet 7/4
Adult Swim Lessons
Ages 14+
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
is adults-only class if for those with a wide variety of swim abilities looking to learn
how to swim or become more proficient. Participants will be split based on ability
and goals, instruction will range from fundamental skills to stroke development.
