Friday, April 8, 8:30pm-10:00pm Min 0/Max 300 Just For Teens Allegiant at Hollywood Blvd. Supervisor: Mike Loszach We are taking a trip to Hollywood Blvd. in Woodridge for the Opening Night showing of Allegiant: Part 1! e Hollywood Blvd. theater features lounge chairs and servers that come out during the movie to take your food and drink order. We have a limited number of tickets available so advanced registration is required. Please Note: Showtimes have not been released yet, but we will be going to a Friday night showing. Exact times will be communicated as we get closer to the trip date. Min 8/Max 13 Flashlight Egg Hunt Supervisor: Mike Loszach e quest for the Golden Egg begins! Treat-filled eggs will be hidden throughout the park for this teen-only event. Your challenge is to find more eggs than your friends using only a flashlight and to be the one and only teen to find Golden Egg and claim the official Golden Egg Prize. Don't forget to bring a flashlight! Advanced registration is required. Min 12/Max 100 Safe Sitter Class Supervisor: Mike Loszach Using hands-on activities, this class will cover topics such as babysitting as a business, how to successfully work with parents, child care essentials, injury prevention and management, and how to handle behavior issues. Participants will walk away with a certificate of completion from SafeSitter and tools to use on the job. A pizza lunch is included. Min 5/Max 15 ACT Prep Boot Camp Supervisor: Mike Loszach e Park District is partnering with Sylvan Learning Center for this 6 hour ACT Prep boot camp! is class is taught by a Sylvan professional and will focus on strategies for each section of the ACT: English, Math, Reading, Science, and Writing. Students will review concepts in each area, go over common mistakes, and practice strategies for test completion. Students will increase their ACT knowledge as well as increase their confidence! Class Schedule: Saturday, April 30, 9:30am-12:30pm and Saturday, May 7, 9:30am-12:30pm. Min 5/Max 10 K1 Speed Trip Supervisor: Mike Loszach is is not your kiddie go-kart racing!! Join us on our trip to K1 Speed in Addison for an indoor go- kart racing competiton. K1 Speed sets themselves apart from the competition by using 100-percent, all-electric karts. Forget about the lawn mower- powered go-karts of your youth. e European-style electric karts are high-performance machines, producing tremendous torque and horsepower from advanced electric motors! Our package includes a 14 lap qualifying race and a 16 lap final race as well as medals for the top 3 finishers, a podium photo, and a score sheet with your performance detials. Join us for a trip to iFly Indoor Skydiving arena in Naperville. iFly uses a wind tunnel and giant fans to simulate Skydiving without the hassle of jumping out of an airplane! ere is no parachute, no jumping, and nothing attaching your body to planet earth! Included in your registration is two flights per person, a video of your flight time, all flight gear, hands on assistance with a personal instructor, and a high flight. Your first flight will allow you to get the hang of things, flying about 3-6 feet off the ground with your instructor. Your second flight is your high flight where the instructor will take you on an adventurous ride through the tunnel from top to bottom up to 20 feet in the air! Spots are limited, so sign up today!
