DCFS LICENSED
Supervisor: Kelly Baran
Our Pre-Kindergarten program offers a developmentally appropriate, skill-
based class designed to meet the needs of children transitioning from preschool
into kindergarten. Classroom activities are planned so that children can work
independently, as well as in small and large groups. Curriculum materials focus
on phonemic awareness, writing, math, and reading readiness while promoting
independent thinking and problem solving skills. Our program goal is to
combine play and academic opportunities that provide a strong foundation for
your child's future school success. To enhance our students learning for a
bi-lingual future, this readiness program will introduce participants to basic
colors, shapes, and numbers in Spanish as well as English! Min 8/Max 22
