Safe Sitter Essentials
Supervisor: Mike Loszach
Using hands-on activities, this class
will cover topics such as babysitting
as a business, how to successfully work with
parents, child care essentials, injury prevention and
management, and how to handle behavior issues.
Participants will walk away with a certificate of
completion from SafeSitter and tools to use on the
job. A pizza lunch is included.

What a fun way to spend a day with
friend's jammin'to music while makin'
art! Sign-up to take this ceramics class where you
will get creative with the wheel and hand-building
techniques to fashion anything from a jewelry box
to a pencil holder to a coffee mug!
Please note there are only 6 wheels in the studio;
therefore, pending enrollment numbers, not all
students will use the wheel each class. All skill levels
welcome!

Want to give the wheel a try? Join us
for an evening of wheel techniques,
discover, and exploration as you
experience the Park District's ceramic
studio at Dole Center. Come ready to get messy and
learn the basics. Please note the studio only has
6 wheels; therefore space is limited. Sign up with
friends today! NEW this season we are offering
try-it workshops aer school for ages 5-13!

just need extra studio time? For those
enrolled in any ceramics class this
season, we are offering free open studio hours one
day a month to give you time to put those final
touches on your masterpieces. Fridays, 5:00pm-
9:00pm on:

• December 16
No registration necessary.

Craft and create ugly sweaters for the
holiday season! All you have to bring is
the sweater you want to decorate and we
will provide all of the fun and supplies!
We will watch a movie with popcorn,
