RESIDENT REGISTRATION OPENS Saturday, February 4 at 8:30am 18 Rookies Sports Camp For our incoming Kindergarten and first-graders, this full-day camp will introduce kids to various sports and games. roughout the summer, supportive counselors will teach all of the basic skills—throwing, catching, kicking, shooting, and batting—as campers are introduced to sports like soccer, baseball, soball, basketball, floor hockey, and golf through fun games and non-competitive challenges. Other recreational games will also be offered throughout the week to maximize the fun and keeping campers active. e camp will also go on a weekly field trips and visit the Park District pools and ice rink. Veterans Sports Camps & MVP Sports Camps For campers entering second through eighth grade, sports camps offer a great opportunity to participate in a wide variety of sports and games throughout the summer such as soccer, baseball, basketball, floor hockey, track and field and dodgeball. Daily activities are a great balance of instruction, skill development, and both rec- reational and competitive games. Each camper will have the opportunity to benefit from all of the activities offered, regardless of skill level. e camp will also go on a weekly field trip to places like water parks or ball games and visit the Park District pools and ice rink. Sports camps are a great option for parents looking for their children to receive some general sport instruction while giving them a chance to have fun, stay active, make new friends and visit some cool new places. Extended Sports Camp at Brooks Middle School Need a little extra time to pick up your sports camper? e fun continues at the NEW Brooks School Extended Camp. Campers from Rookies, Veterans and MVP will stay on-site until extend- ed pick-up time. To be eligible for this camp, your camper must be enrolled in the current session of Rookies, Veterans, or MVP.
