Wednesdays, 7:00-9:00P • Saturdays, 4:00-7:00P e Park District of Oak Park is excited to host open gym basketball at Fenwick High School for Oak Park resident families! Purchase a yearlong open gym pass at GRC or RCRC for only $10. (Please note that on some dates we will not have access to the gym. To check schedules and learn more, visit pdop.org/opengym.) • All attendees must have a pass. • Children in 6th - 8th grades may attend by themselves. Children in 5th grade and younger must be accompanied by a parent/adult. • Any adults in attendance must be accompanying a child. T-Ball League (Ages 3-5) Supervisor: Dan Schaffer Do you want to continue developing your baseball skills? is league will teach participants the basics of throwing, hitting, running, and fielding. Practices will take place at Fox Park with games taking place at Ridgeland Common, both starting no earlier than 5:00P and done by 8:00P. Players will practice one day a week and play a game one day a week. No scores are kept during the league as this is a non-competitive league for young children, emphasizing teamwork and the importance of working on the FUNdamentals! Each participant will receive a team jersey and hat. Min 20/Max 40 *$90. Aer April 1, fee returns to $100. Instructional Softball League (Ages 6-8) Supervisor: Dan Schaffer Join our Instructional Soball League for girls ages 6-8! Players will learn the basic fundamentals of transitioning to competitive soball. is league will consist of a weekly hour practice on Monday and a one hour competitive game on Wednesday. Times for practice and games will start anywhere between 5:30pm-7:30pm. All games will be coach pitched. No experience is necessary. Registration includes a team shirt and hat for each player. Volunteer coaches are needed to run this program. Min 20/Max 40 *$90. Aer April 1, fee returns to $100.
