Landscape Design & Garden Consultation services
are available at the Oak Park Conservatory every
first Tuesday of the month from noon-3pm
(February thru October). Bring in photos of your
garden, measurements, and plat of survey for our
professionals to offer help, planting suggestions & a
quick sketch as time allows. Registration required.
Four one-hour time slots are available each session.

Peace in the Park
Supervisor: Leah Pryor
Feeling stressed out by the fast pace on your daily
routine? What better way to reset your clock than
by taking the time to reconnect with the natural
world around you. Join us for this relaxing program
at Austin Gardens. Each session we will focus on
a new way of slowing down and taking time to
relax. From yoga and meditation to sketching and
journaling you're sure to feel rejuvenated and ready
to take on the day. is program meets 2 times per
month, Registration includes two classes.

Rock Climbing Adult
Supervisor: Leah Pryor
Have you always wanted to try rock climbing? Join us as
we travel up to Devils Lake for a guided rock climbing
trip. Tenured climbing instructors will instruct you on the
fundamentals like belaying, tying in and lowering. You
will experience a variety of climbing routes. Bring a lunch
and water bottle. Snacks will be provided. Transportation
included (departing from Fox Center).

Standup Paddleboarding
Supervisor: Leah Pryor
Join us for a trip up to Montrose Beach for a Paddleboarding
adventure! Standup Paddleboarding (SUP) is the fastest
growing paddlesport in the world. SUP is a great way to
get on the water and stay active all summer! You'll start
off the day with a lesson on balancing, safety and paddling
techniques and then head out on the water for a guided tour
along Lake Michigan. When the paddleboarding is over we
will stop for lunch at e Dock at Montrose Beach. Lunch is
not included in the program price. Transportation included
(departing from Fox Center).
