Music on the Patio

Enjoy a summer evening sampling the music of
the Symphony of Oak Park River Forest on the
grounds of Cheney Mansion. Cheney Mansion
will provide limited seating on our lawn or bring
a blanket and spread out to soak up the sounds of
one of the nation's oldest community orchestras.
Your registration will include 2 glasses of wine or
non-alcoholic beverage per person registered. To
complete your picnic, purchase a boxed light meal
for an additional charge. Entry will be through the
front gate where your wristband and drink tickets
will be handed out.

Tequila Tasting Party

Cheney Mansion and representatives from Maya
Del Sol invite you to experience the variety and
depth of tasting tequila. You will learn the difference
between mescal and tequila and how the flavors
and process of distilling differ as well as how
important aging is to the taste differences. Light
appetizers and palette cleansers will be served. You
must be over 21 to attend.

Summer Fun Days!
Twice a month this summer, we'll be hosting FREE
Summer Fun Days at select parks and sports
courts! Keep on the lookout for free-throw contests,
water balloon battles, appearances by PDOP
mascots Oakie and Parker, and more! Dates will
be announced on our website and social media.

Enjoy touring the mansion every Wednesday. A
suggested donation of $2 or bring a non-perishable
item for the Oak Park Food Pantry.
Join us for summer Uncorked evenings at the
Oak Park Conservatory on fourth Fridays.
Admission includes two drink tickets, one food
token, music, tours and more!
