Safe SitterĀ® prepares students to be safe when they're home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students learn life-saving skills such as how to rescue someone who's choking, and helpful information like what to do if there's severe weather. e lessons are filled with fun activities and role- playing exercises. A pizza lunch is included! Safe SitterĀ® course content includes: Safety Skills: Students learn how to prevent unsafe situations and what to do when faced with dangers such as power failures or weather emergencies. Child Care Skills: Students learn tips to manage behavior that will help them stay in control of themselves and the children in their care. Students also learn the ages and stages of child development, as well as practice diapering. Life & Business Skills: e ability to screen jobs, discuss fees, and greet employers will set students up for success now and in the future. Students practice these skills through various role plays. Min 6/Max 15 PDOP Youth Game Club Supervisor: Peter Hanneman Are video games a passion of yours? If so, the PDOP Youth Game Club is what you're looking for! Each "meeting" will offer each participant the chance to play numerous games new and old with each other in a friendly environment. What a great way to hang out with your friends over the weekend and discuss video games! Don't worry parents, all of the games and content will be age appropriate. is program will be run by video game enthusiasts and all the games and equipment will be provided. Sign up for our Youth Game Club field trip on July 29th to Galloping Ghost Arcade using code 399202-04! Min 5/Max 20 Murder Mystery Friday, June 23, 7:00-9:00P Ages 11-15 Supervisor: Mike Loszach It's a Roaring 20's themed murder mystery party! Participants will follow along with the script and clues and work together to try to figure out who the murderer is. A pizza dinner will be provided.
