Hockey Specialty & Adult
Youth Goalie Bears
Ages 6-13
Supervisor: Kayla Fauria
Are you interested in playing goalie for your favorite
hockey team? Here's your start! Our goalie class will
introduce you to the equipment and fundamentals
of playing goalie in a hockey game. Players in this
program should also sign up for the PBHL to gain
practical experience in a fun, game based setting.

Semi-Private Hockey Lessons
Ages 6-13
Supervisor: Kayla Fauria
Semi-private lessons are to help Hockey Academy
and Ice Bear players work on individual skills.
Semi-private lessons are taught with a maximum
ratio of one coach to 3 players. Each lesson will be
30 minutes in length and work on skating, stick
handling and other skills the players are working
to improve. Please go online to pdop.org for section
number based off Hockey Academy Coaches.

Adult Hockey Beginner
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
is class provides an unintimidating environment
for adults to give hockey a try. ere is no
experience required. Skills to be learned include
skating basics like crossovers and stopping, as
well as stick handling, passing, and shooting. e
laidback atmosphere and constructive coaching
will make this class fun while focusing on building
new skills on the ice. Meet new people or join with
friends and spend your Friday nights on the ice!
Equipment required: skates, shin pads, hockey pants,
elbow pads, gloves, helmet, stick.

Adult Hockey Level 1
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
Geared towards novice and intermediate players,
this unique program provides a combination of
skill development and game play, as well as half
coach led drills to improve players' ability and half
scrimmage to help improve players' hockey sense.
is program focuses on meeting the needs of
players based on skill level by ensuring that players
get instruction as well as self-guided practice time.
Players will be divided into two teams in the first
week of class and will receive a jersey on the first
day of class. Equipment required: full equipment is
required for this program. Min 6/Max 40
Adult Hockey Level 2
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
e Paul Hruby Adult Hockey league will feature a 14 week season. is league prides itself on parity so that
games are consistently competitive. League rules include no checking, no slap shots, and a zero tolerance
policy for unsportsmanlike conduct. Players in this program should have experience playing hockey as there
is no instruction in this program. Games consist of three running time periods each 20 minutes in length. Full
equipment is required for this program. Players will receive a jersey the first week. While sign-ups for this
program are done on an individual basis, players can now sign up for a specific team as a group. However, the
league reserves the right to move players from team to team to ensure equality both in skill level and number
of players per team.
