We'll do some out of this world experiments, then discover the science behind why they work. Bring your safety googles, notepad, and science gear as we discover what science and nature can do! Min 6/Max 12 Eek-o-friendly Halloween Masks Supervisor: Leah Pryor Get your scare on by creating Eek-o-friendly Masks at the Austin Gardens Environmental Education Center. We will play spooky music, sip on a creepy creation, while getting creative! Come anytime between 3-4:30P to make your mask and have a treat. Registration is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Each child in your family must be a registered participant. Min 6/Max 30 Little Green Gifters Supervisor: Leah Pryor Drop your kids off at this eco-friendly workshop while you do your holiday shopping. Kids will learn the benefits of recycling and repurposing materials while they make earth-friendly creative gis for everyone in the family! Min 6/Max 12 The Great Indoor Camp Out Supervisor: Leah Pryor Do you have last minute holiday wrapping to do and nowhere to take the kids? Bring them over to Austin Gardens for a campout indoors! We will make fun cras, build forts, read stories by the camp fire and sing songs all within the comforts of the Austin Gardens Environmental Education Center. Dress in your favorite pajamas. Dinner will be provided! Min 6/Max 16 Don't Forget!! If you wait until the last minute to register, the program or class you want may not be there. Wait too long and the class may be full or have been canceled due to low enrollment. Please follow the registration deadline listed with each program.
