AGES 1-13
PARENT TOT (Ages 1-2)
Learn to be comfortable in the water. Basic
swimming skills are introduced.
JES PARENT & PRESCHOOL
(Ages 2-3)
Elementary water skills.
JES PRESCHOOL (Ages 3-5)
Focus on water entry and exit, supported
floating and gliding, and beginning
kicking and arms.
JES BEGINNER (Ages 5.5-13)
Floating, gliding, kicking, and alternate
arm motion.
JES ADVANCED BEGINNER
(Ages 6-13)
Intricate techniques of the arms, legs and
breathing in the freestyle, backstroke and
breaststroke. Diving is introduced.
JES INTERMEDIATE (Ages 6-13)
Butterfly stroke, treading water, kneel-
ing dives, standing dives, and endurance
swimming.
JES ADVANCED (Ages 6-13)
Polishes strokes focusing on ease, power
and greater distances.
