69 www.pdop.org Youth Cooking Culinary Arts One-Day Workshop Supervisor: Amanda Heiman One day culinary workshops are designed for students to explore their creativity in the kitchen, from baking to faux food and more! A different recipe (or two!) will be introduced in each workshop. Please note, food takes time to cook, bake, or simmer therefore additional art and/or games will be facilities during those times: Saturday, January 20 Bakers Delight – Marshmallows Saturday, February 3 Bakers Delight – Chocolates Saturday, March 17 Creative Cooking – Get Green with Food! Min 6/Max 12 Kids Make Dinner Supervisor: Amanda Heiman In this six week course your culinary artist will create a different course each week as they prepare for their final dinner party . . . where the kids serve you! Week 1: Appetizers Week 2: Soup & Salad Week 3: Main Course Week 4: Dessert Week 5: Menu Design & Serving Plan Week 6: Set up & Serve On the last day of class, parents will arrive at 6:00P to be seated to enjoy a well-deserved dinner made by kids.
