that will make your winter Sundays a little sweeter.
Each class is themed and different, yet practical
so that you will be able to create these beauties at
home! Take extra treats to enjoy at home as well.

Wine, Dine & Design (21+)
Supervisor: Amanda Heiman
Date night or a night out with friends; spend it at
the Mansion with your favorite medium, dinner,
and a glass of wine! Your instructor will create an
environment and facilitate instruction to ensure you
create a painterly masterpiece worthy of hanging on
any wall! Materials, dinner, and wine provided.

A Trip to Spain Wine Tasting (21+)

Join representatives from Maya Del Sol and Cheney
Mansion in this mid-winter one night vacation to
the wine region of Spain. Discover the different
regions of Spain and the types of wines produced.
Sample a variety of wines from light and airy
Albarino building to rich and hearty Tempranillos,
finishing with the bubbles of a Cava. Light food
pairings from Maya Del Sol will be included in your
evening. You will learn why these wines are some of
the best kept secrets in taste and value.

Winter Obsessed at Cheney (21+)
Supervisor: Susan Crane
Chef Daniel Vogel from Obsessed Kitchen and Bar
rescues the winter doldrums with delicious and
hearty meals you can make during these chilly
weeknights. You will learn tricks and use fresh
ingredients to make that Wednesday meal taste like
you cooked all day Sunday. Enjoy your dish in the
Cheney Dining room with your fellow chefs. Bring
your favorite bottle of wine to finish off the pairing.

Mystery at the Mansion

Chase the winter doldrums away by joining us at
Cheney Mansion for an evening of laughter and
intrigue. e Murder Mystery Co. will take you to
"Midnight at the Masquerade" where all will attend
the Billionaires' Club Annual Masquerade Ball and
get the soiree back on track by solving the crime
before the masked menace gets away! Come as
you are and dinner, drinks and all materials will be
provided!
