Spring signals a beginning, and Chef Daniel Vogel
and the staff from Food Obsession and Obsessed
Kitchen and Bar will take you back to basics with
Knife Skills and Making Pasta. Good knife skills
are the key to fast and easy prep of dishes. Making
your own pasta is a healthy and easy way to make a
delicious meal. Taste your final dishes in the Cheney
Dining Room, chat with Chef Vogel, and staff and
your fellow classmates. Bring your favorite beverage
to go with your finished creation.

foods. A series of Bourbon tastes will be presented,
described and discussed while you sample delicious
BBQ selections from Sweet Baby Rays. Weather
permitting this tasting will be held outdoors with
grilling onsite by the experts from Sweet Baby

for Dogs & Owners

Bring your prized pooch for social hour on the lawn
at Cheney Mansion. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will
be served as you mingle with other owners, while
taking in the beauty of your Oak Park surroundings.

martinis and dog treats . . . amongst other dog-
friendly activities!
