Learn basic cooking skills and techniques that every great chef needs to know! Prepare a sophisticated dinner and dessert in the first two hours and eat it for the last half hour! Recipes will go home with every teen chef so you can keep practicing! If your child has allergies or dietary restrictions, we ask that you contact the program supervisor prior to the workshop so instructors can try to make reasonable accommodations. Min 6/Max 12 Laser Tag Game Night Supervisor: Joe Lilly Duck, cover, and come out to our monthly night of laser tag. No heavy vests or wait times, our event staff will have a variety of games and scenarios to put your tagging skills to the test. Games will be indoor and outdoor, weather permitting. Min 10/Max 20 D&D Adventures Supervisor: Peter Hanneman Explore dungeons, battle monsters, find treasure! D&D Adventures will teach the ins and outs of tabletop role playing. Create characters, learn the rules and embark on an adventure that will fill the day with adventure and imagination. Min 3/Max 10 Teen Video Game Club Supervisor: Peter Hanneman Meet the other gamers in Oak Park. Explore the history and future of video games with our huge collection of consoles and video games. Min 5/Max 20 Team Puzzle Challenge Supervisor: Peter Hanneman A room full of mysterious luggage, one hour to find the solution. Take the Team Puzzle Challenge and put your wit to the test. Sign up for a session with friends, or register solo and get put with a team. is activity is modeled aer an escape room, teammates work together to solve a series of complex puzzles within 60 minutes. Victory is not guaranteed, but all puzzles will be explained upon request at the end of the session. Min 3/Max 6 Middle Schools Out Trips Supervisor: Peter Hanneman Why spend your day off of school stuck at home? Sign up and join us on our trip to Main Event featuring arcade games and laser tag.
