routine? What better way to reset your clock than
by taking the time to reconnect with the natural
world around you. Join us for this relaxing program
at Austin Gardens. Each session we will focus on
a new way of slowing down and taking time to
relax. From yoga and meditation to sketching and
journaling you're sure to feel rejuvenated and ready
to take on the day.

Do you have a cra project that has been collecting
dust because you don't have the supplies to finish
it? Delay no more! Join us for this craing open
house. Bring your blank canvas, ideas, and we will
provide the rest! From paint and stencils to sequins
and glitter, we have the supplies to make something
truly your own.

Want to give the wheel a try? Join us for an
introduction to wheel techniques, discovery and
exploration. No take home projects in this class as it
is purely an exploration workshop.

Pressed Flower Creations
Supervisor: Leah Pryor
Be inspired by the natural beauty of flowers to make
your own artful creations out of preserved pressed
flowers. Learn how to preserve and press your own
flowers at home, then let the natural objects be your
muse as you sip on a glass of wine and create your
own floral art.

the Oak Park Conservatory! Have help in flower
selection and arrangement to create spectacular
containers for your home. Bring your own container
or choose from one of ours. All material provided.

Standup Paddleboarding
Supervisor: Leah Pryor
Join us for a trip up to Montrose Beach
for a Paddleboarding adventure! Standup
Paddleboarding (SUP) is the fastest growing
paddlesport in the world. SUP is a great way to get
on the water and stay active all summer! You'll
start off the day with a lesson on balancing, safety
and paddling techniques and then head out on
the water for a guided tour along Lake Michigan.
Transportation included, trip leaves from Fox
Center.
