Previous ballet experience required to join this class. Min 6/Max 14 Adult Hip Hop Supervisor: Candace Lee Beginner class that focuses on the basics of hip hop such as House, Steppin' and isolations. A great option for raising the heartrate, reducing stress, and increasing energy. Min 6/Max 14 Intermediate Adult Ballet Barre/ Pirouettes Supervisor: Candace Lee An hour-long ballet barre class is designed for intermediate-level adults. Standard barre exercises will be performed and the class will finish with pirouettes. Prior Experience required. Min 6/Max 14 Dancin' at the Mansion – Swing and Ballroom Supervisor: Candace Lee e instructor's easy-to-follow teaching style will have you gliding across the dance floor in just a few weeks. You'll learn to Swing, Foxtrot , Rhumba and improve your fitness. No experience or partner required, bring smooth-soled shoes to class. Min 8/Max 25 Dancin' at the Mansion – Latin Sampler Supervisor: Candace Lee Friendly instructors, easy-to-follow teaching style of Salsa, Cha-Cha, Bachata and Merengue will have you increasing your fitness while enjoying Latin rhythms. No experience or partner required. Bring smooth soled shoes to class. See you on the dance floor! Min 8/Max 25 Adult Modern Supervisor: Candace Lee Beginner class that focuses on the basics of modern dance, exploring the fundamentals of fall and recovery and release technique.
