Did You Know...
The feeling of being hungry and
thirsty is easily confused, especially
during the summer months when
increased hydration is necessary.
Your best bet for identifying whether
you're hungry or thirsty is to drink a
glass of water before eating. Wait
15 minutes and if you feel satisfied,
you were in fact just thirsty and not
hungry.
