Adult Figure Skating -
Beginner/Intermediate
Supervisor: Andy Gerow
e class is designed for the adult new to skating. It
promotes physical fitness and improved balance and
coordination while teaching proper skating techniques.
is level introduces skating by developing falling
and recovery, forward marching, forward glides and
forward swizzles, snowplow stops, two foot turns and
gliding into dips.

Adult Swim Lessons (14+)
Supervisor: Andy Gerow
is class is for those with a wide variety of swim
abilities looking to learn how to swim or become more
proficient. Participants will be split based on ability
and goals, instruction will range from fundamental
skills to stroke development. Beginner and Semi-
Private lessons available.
Min 4/Max 6
Adult Gymnastics
Supervisor: Jamie Lapke
is is a co-ed instructional class for adults who are
interested in learning gymnastics or maintaining their
gymnastics skills. Time will be spent on gymnastics
equipment as well as strength training and stretching.
Regular gymnastics cancellation policy applies.
Participants must be 18 years of age by 7/14/18 to be
eligible for this class.
