to the trip. You will receive a schedule for the
day's events and additional information such
as maps, menus, weather updates, pick-up
time reminders, etc. If you do not have an email
address, hard copies of the information will
be provided to each attendee once you have
checked in at your trip pick-up location.
Special Accommodations
If you require special accommodations,

at least two weeks prior to the scheduled trip
to ensure proper planning and reasonable
accommodations can be made.
