by taking the time to reconnect with the natural
world around you. Join us for this relaxing program
at Austin Gardens. Each session, we will focus on
a new way of slowing down and taking time to
relax. From yoga and meditation to sketching and
journaling, you're sure to feel rejuvenated and ready
to take on the day.

Cheney Mansion. Participants will enjoy craing
with a variety of medium and tools over coffee
