Adult World Dance Fusion

is eclectic and energetic beginner dance fusion
class will focus on core strength, flexibility, and
rhythms from around the globe.

Adult Hip Hop

Beginner class that focuses on the basics of Hip
hop such as House, Steppin' and isolations. A great
option for raising the heart rate, reducing stress, and
increasing energy.

Beginner Adult Ballet

Designed for the first-time dancer to learn the
basics of classical ballet barre, adagio, allegro,
pirouettes and turning phrases.

Intermediate Adult Ballet
Supervisor: Candace Lee
Reveal your inner ballerina. Ballet is a rhythmical
dance that enriches the soul and is an excellent
form of exercise. You will tone, strengthen and
lengthen your body while exploring basic ballet
movements and beyond. Previous ballet experience
is required to join this class.

No experience or partner required. Please bring non-
rubber soled shoes to class.
Swing & Cha Cha
Two of the most popular dance styles in the world:
American Swing and Latin (Cuban) Cha Cha Cha!
Dance to music that ranges from Elvis to Motown,
Santana to Marc Anthony and beyond.

Latin Sampler
Get your Latin groove on and dance to the sizzling
tropical rhythms of Salsa, Cha Cha, Bachata and
Merengue. It's great fun and great exercise all rolled
onto one dance floor. Bailamos!
