It is all about progression in each obstacle and each individual putting themselves to the test week aer week. Class will include some of our more beginner, intermediate and also some of our most challenging obstacles aimed at building strength, balance and agility. Class will typically include three circuits with 5-8 stations (obstacles) per circuit. Each 55-minute class is based on a continually evolving lesson plan and set of obstacles and circuits aimed at providing a foundation of strength, agility, and balance. e classes will be structured and very active – you will not stop moving and leave both gassed and proud! Our mission is to strive to have all achieve and be fulfilled and grow in perseverance, athleticism and confidence. Class takes place at Windy City Ninja, 684 W. Lake Street, Elmhurst, Illinois. Min 8/Max 16 Class does not meet: 11/26 PDOP Open Gym Basketball AT FENWICK HIGH SCHOOL! e Park District of Oak Park is excited to host open gym basketball at Fenwick High School for Oak Park resident families! Purchase a yearlong open gym pass at GRC or RCRC for only $10. • All attendees must have a pass. • Children in 6th - 8th grades may attend by themselves. • Children in 5th grade and younger must be accompanied by a parent/adult. • Any adults in attendance must be accompanying a child. SCHEDULE: • Wednesdays, 7:00-9:00P • Saturdays, 4:00-7:00P Please note that, on some dates, we will not have access to the gym. Youth Boxing Supervisor: Dan Schaffer In a fun and safe environment, students will learn self-defense utilizing boxing techniques. Students learn how to punch, block and use boxing combinations depending on skill level achieved. Students become more physically fit and learn the whole body coordination.
