Participants will be introduced to aikido techniques and philosophy, and will focus on breathing and posture, conditioning exercises, etiquette, and learning to roll and fall properly. Learning basic aikido movements should also be useful to participants in their daily lives. Supervisor: Chad Drue Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Judo In a fun and safe environment, students train in the highly effective martial art of Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu and Judo. Since 90% of physical attacks end on the ground, you learn how to effectively stop and/or defend an attack in this program.
