40 www.pdop.org Martial Arts adult sports TAEKWONDO CLASS INFO: • Belt testing is offered through the KH Kim Taekwondo at an additional fee and is held twice a year. Belt testing is not mandatory but encouraged for advancement. More info is available through instructor. • All colored-belt students are required to have complete sparring gear. • Fee listed for Parent/Child Taekwondo is per person. • Uniform Fee: $45 (not included in class fee; due at first class) KARATE CLASS INFO: • Uniforms and belt testing are optional through the ISKC instructor at an additional fee. • Beginner students will not be permitted to register into the current session after the second class has met. • Registration for continuing through advanced students will be accepted after the start date, but the full class fee is required. MARTIAL ARTS GUIDELINES • Arrive fully dressed in uniform or similar attire. • Bring your own water bottle. • Face covering worn entering building, during class and leaving building. • Use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands upon leaving class. • No partner drills; all individual drills. Continuing Aikido Admission to this course requires the instructor's permission, or a rank of sankyu or higher. e pace of this class is fast and participants will be expected to demonstrate a more mature grasp of aikido movement. Min 4/Max 9 Supervisor: Chad Drue Class does not meet: 7/2 Adult Karate Our adult classes release tension, develop total body fitness, and build stamina and overall productivity. In addition to self-defense skills, karate increases flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle tone, while improving core strength. Min 1/Max 5 Supervisor: Chad Drue Adult Taekwondo Restricted to high school students and older, this program concentrates on Taekwondo techniques through the study of forms, stances, and the skills of punching, kicking and blocking. is is a great program for those looking to maintain and improve their physical fitness.
