Its architect, George Washington Maher, a contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright, used repetitive decorative motifs throughout the house to make a unified design. e first owner of Pleasant Home was John Farson who was known as a great philanthropist and wealthy investment banker. Tours Free, self-guided tours of the first floor only take place every ursday from 11:00A-3:00P. Spend time with your young hero at Pleasant Home mastering the ways of the Force with the help of our special Jedi Masters! You will construct a special light saber in which to train with your Jedi Master. Lunch will be provided to get your through your rigororous training, that results in a battle simulation on the grounds in front of Pleasant Home (weather permitting). Jedi apparel or comfy clothes a must. Price is per pair and a parent must be part of the pair. Additional guest pricing is available.
