Adult Tennis
Stay healthy, alert and alive! Meet others, challenge
yourself, grow your social network of tennis players,
and have fun while playing the game of a lifetime.
Each day, players are introduced to new techniques,
fun challenges, and game situations with a friendly,
supportive learning structure. Players are encouraged
to develop their skills and progress to higher levels of
play throughout the playing season. Singles, doubles
and mini-match situations are offered. Balls are
provided for all players. Please bring your own raquet.
Please use the provided guidelines to determine your
skill level when signing up for a session:
Beginner Guidelines
Never played before or played some during youth
or as an adult recreationally. Some success rallying
ball back and forth, but would like to develop more
shot quality. Would like a firm understanding of
stroke technique production and footwork. Needs
basic game coaching, scoring and tactical playing
experience.
Intermediate Guidelines
Can rally successfully, but still desires more ball
control and better movement. Aware of different
stroke types, but needs correction and/or practice
in some areas. Aware of covering court spaces, but
unable to exploit opponents weaknesses. Developing
conditioning, consistency, shot depth, game and style
of play.
Advanced Round Robin League
Players will participate in a round robin league.
Participants will receive their round robin schedule
prior to the 1st meeting of the session. No instruction
is given for this section.

Interested in shooting a bow and arrow? Sign up
with our certified instructor who will encourage
and coach all ages and levels! Classes will take
place indoors with safety protocols in place. A
max of 5 participants will shoot at a time while
the others wait at a distance. Ages 13+

Adult Softball Leagues
Play ball! 14-inch Men's and Co-ed Leagues available
with games beginning late August. is league is for
skilled, semi-competitive teams that enjoy the social
aspect of the sport.
Adult Soccer Leagues
GOAL! is adult recreational league emphasizes
fun and participation. Games are played on synthetic
turf at Ridgeland Common, OPRF High School, and
Forest Park Park District fields.
Adult Volleyball Leagues
(Fall/Winter League)
We're bringing back our indoor volleyball league
for adults! Grab your kneepads and gather some
teamates and we'll see you on the court.
