RISE Field Hockey
RISE Field Hockey's mission is to provide
opportunities for players of all ages, skill and
commitment levels. RISE Field Hockey was founded
on the belief that introducing the game of field
hockey to as many athletes as we can will help grow
the game. From the beginner to the college bound
athlete all of our programs will help you improve,
learn and fall in love with the game of field hockey.
RISE Coaches are former collegiate field hockey
players who are knowledgeable and passionate about
field hockey. For more information about RISE please

All athletes will be in groups appropriate for their
grade and level. Beginners through experienced
players are welcome. Athletes will need a stick,
mouth guard, shin guards and protective eyewear.

Taylor Intensified Basketball Skills
Training
Adam Taylor Intensified Basketball comes to Oak
Park! Adam has worked with some of the top
collegiate and NBA players! Learn as well as improve
upon your skills so that you can take your game to
the next level! Dribbling, shooting, defense and game
strategy will be some of the skills that will be covered.

1000 Watts Flag Football League
What better way to start the fall than with 1000
Watts Flag Football League! Week 1 coaches
will focus on football drills/skills followed by a
five week tournament that will end with a two
week playoff/championship. e winner of each
division will receive championship rings (all other
participants will receive participation trophies) and
will be crowned the 1000 Watts Sport CHAMPS!
Registration is now open for K-6th grades. Players
will receive 1000 Watts-issued swag. Note: Your
meeting time might vary based on the number of
registrations.
Oak Park Youth Beginning
Baseball and Softball Classes
(OPYBS)
is is a beginning skills class taught by coaches from
Oak Park Youth Baseball and Soball, where general
skills for the sport are taught for development.
Baseball basics include throwing, catching, hitting,
fielding, pitching and running the bases. In addition,
all participants must bring their own glove, bat and
helmet.
