In April, let's learn to make the dumplings from China! Learn the difference between bao, potstickers, steamed, boiled and fried. We'll make slews of fillings and sauces for dipping. In May, let's learn the exquisite culinary flavors of Ethiopia. We will feast on the flavors of a variety of Wats, Ethiopian stews. Lentil, Doro, and Shiro, served with injera (made in class) and accompanied with fresh spring salads. We will make our own Berbere spice to take home. Bring along your favorite beverage to sip or Tara will send suggested menu pairings the week of each session. Join us for a fun night of sipping, easting and solving. Start your evening with small bites at the Conservatory, enjoy dinner at Cheney Mansion and finish the evening at Austin Gardens.
