Over the session, you will have the opportunity to take class from multiple instructors so you can try a variety of workout styles. This class will encourage centering the mind and the body in the beautiful surroundings of Cheney Mansion grounds. Evening yoga helps to wind down your body for the night and clear your mind before sleeping. Please bring your own mat, water, equipment. Within the postures are martial art aspects that are largely hidden. Class begins with QiGong sets and then moves on to emphasize the 24-posture Beijing style (Yang short form). is class is oen taken on a continuing basis as a lifestyle endeavor.
