Cardio Boot Camp (Ages 15 & Up)
Supevisor: Liz Visteen
This class consists of sports inspired drills and high
intensity cardio intervals designed to challenge
agility, quickness, reactivity and functional strength
for the competitive athlete and overall fitness for
the weekend warrior. This fun, dynamic and intense
circuit workout will provide conditioning for the
athlete you are or unleash the athlete you want to
be!

Body Sculpt (Ages 15 & Up)
Supervisor: Liz Visteen
This class uses various types of resistance equipment
for a muscle conditioning workout. We'll focus
on the upper body, lower body, and core, working
each muscle to exhaustion. Designed to meet your
fitness goals, it is recommended to register for 1-3
sessions per week, giving your muscles at least one
day to rest in between classes. Make up classes are
permitted if a class has less than 14 students.

Master the movements that make the TRX
Suspension Trainer the go-to workout for all-body
strength, power, flexibility and fun. The TRX Trainer
provides a full body workout using gravity and your
bodyweight to perform a variety of exercises. You
control the intensity of each exercise by adjusting your
body position. This class will benefit individuals at all
levels of fitness from beginners to the more advanced.

Suspension Trainer with resistance tubing and
bodyweight for a metabolic workout that will shake
