Prerequisite: Must receive passing permission
from Free Skate 3 prior to entering this level.
Building from the previous level, Free Skate 4
develops a sprial sequence, forward power three
turns, backward progressive chasse sequence in a
circle, sit spin, loop jump, waltz jump-loop jump
combination. The first 20 minutes of class will be a
warm-up and edge class.

Free Skate 5
Supervisor: Jackie Sturtz
(Previously Adv. Freestyle 4)
Prerequisite: Must receive passing permission
from Free Skate 4 prior to entering this level.
Building from the previous level, Free Skate 5
develops backward outside three turns, mohawk
into backward crossovers, spiral sequence, forward
outside slide chasse swing roll, camel spin, forward
upright spin to back scratch spin, loop/loop
combination, flip jump, waltz jump-falling leaf-toe
loop jump sequence. The first 20 minutes of class
will be a warm-up and edge class.

Free Skate 6
Supervisor: Jackie Sturtz
(Previously Freestyle 5)
Prerequisite: Must receive passing permission
from Free Skate 5 prior to entering this level.
Building from the previous level, Free Skate 6
develops alternating back crossovers to back outside
edges, five step mohawk sequence, camel-sit spin
combination, split jump, stag jump, waltz jump-
half loop-salchow, lutz jump, axel walk through,
prep and jump. Axel does not need to be landed to
pass. The first 20 minutes of class will be a warm-
up and edge class.

Bronze Free Skate
Supervisor: Jackie Sturtz
(Previously Adv. Freestyle 5)
Prerequisite: Must receive passing permission
from the program coordinator prior to entering
this level.
Building from the previous level, Bronze Free Skate
will work on landing the axel and develop a lutz/loop
jump combination, layback spin, back camel spin,
backward power three turns in circle and straight line
brackets. The first 20 minutes of class will be a warm-
up and edge class. Axel must be landed consistently
to move to Advance Jump and Spin.
