This is a fusion class of Pilates, ballet, and sculpt! The
moves will focus on your abs, bottom and inner thigh
to achieve long lean muscle tone and also to give that
booty a pop! Class is done in bare feet, socks with
grips, or ballet shoes.

This intergative exercise class provides a workout for
the mind and body. We will combine plyometrics,
muscle resistance, cardio, yoga face, crunch-less abs
and some forms of stress relieving activity to achileve a

Butts & Guts
Supevisor: Liz Visteen
Tone those problem areas. Join us for this 30 minute
class to sculpt and firm your abs, butt and thighs.
Exercises include squats, lunges, sprints and Pilates-
inspired core training to get the maximum results.

Cardio Boot Camp
Supevisor: Liz Visteen
This class consists of sports inspired drills and high
intensity cardio intervals designed to challenge agility,
quickness, reactivity and functional strength for the
competitive athlete and overall fitness for the weekend
warrior. This fun, dynamic and intense circuit workout
will provide conditioning for the athlete you are or
unleash the athlete you want to be!
