total-body strength training class. We'll use a variety
of workouts and equipment to challenge muscular
endurance, balance and coordination. Functional,
multi-joint movements will result in a resilient body
stronger for life and sport.

It's all about variety in this cardio-strength class.
Get your heart rate up with low-to-medium impact
aerobics; strengthen your muscles with weights,
tubes and balls; and top it off with a good stretch.
There's something for everyone from the beginning
exerciser to the fitness enthusiast!

NEW - FLW 5K/10K Training

Lace up your running shoes and join us for 6 weeks of
group training that will have you race-ready in time
for the Frank Lloyd Wright 5K & 10K on October 19.
This program is designed for runners of all levels and
includes a 5K or 10K running plan, drills and group
runs along the FLW course.Instructor: Janice Enloe,
