We'll be offering two 45-minute classes the day after Thanksgiving - Dynamic Strength at 9:00am followed by Cardio Commotion at 9:50am. Sign up for one or both and make the holiday season a healthy one. We'll use a variety of workouts and equipment to challenge muscular endurance, balance and coordination. Functional, multi-joint movements will result in a resilient body stronger for life and sport. Get your heart rate up with low-to-medium impact aerobics; strengthen your muscles with weights, tubes and balls; and top it off with a good stretch. There's something for everyone from the beginning exerciser to the fitness enthusiast! Min 6/Max 20 Class does not meet: 11/26-28 NEW - FLW 5K/10K Training Supervisor: Liz Visteen Lace up your running shoes and join us for 6 weeks of group training that will have you race-ready in time for the Frank Lloyd Wright 5K & 10K on October 19.
