91 IMPORTANT INFO Accessibility The Park District of Oak Park welcomes the opportunity to assist residents and visitors with disabilities to enjoy our facilities, programs and services. The Park District is a public entity as defined under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which prohibits the District from discriminating against individuals with disabilities (as defined by the ADA) in all programs, activities, and services. We are committed to complying with all applicable provisions of Title II as well as all other federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to persons with disabilities. The Park District works closely with our partner, West Suburban Special Recreation Association, who provides recreation programs for adults and children with physical impairments, mental disabilities, or any other type of disability. Residents of all ages with disabilities can participate in year-round programming specifically designed to meet their individual needs through inclusion support of Park District programs and participation in WSSRA programs. Closed Memorial Day (May 25), Independence Day (July 4) In order to participate at PDOP basketball courts and skate park, all participants middle school aged and up must sign-in and present park district staff with either a state or school issued ID. During peak hours, participants will be issued a wristband for the duration of their visit. Stevenson Skatepark & Basketball Courts The 12,000 sq. ft. skate park and 3 half-court basketball courts at Stevenson Park are free. A yearlong open gym pass can be purchased at GRC or RCRC for $10. SUMMER SCHEDULE: • Wednesdays, 7-9pm 7-8pm: Family Open Gym (parent child - no age restriction w/parent) 8-9pm: Middle School Open Gym (6-8th Grades) • Saturdays, 4-6pm 4-5pm: Family Open Gym (parent child - no age restriction w/parent) 5-6pm: Youth Open Gym (3rd - 5th Grade) • Saturdays, 6-7pm Girls Only: 3rd - 8th Grades Please note on certain dates that we will not have access to the gym.
