18 Mom & Me Archery Dad & Me Archery Ages 5 and up Supervisor: Amanda Heiman This class will give mothers a chance to square off against their kin in a fun evening of competition, team building, and games. No previous experience needed. Fee is per family (up to 5 members) - please register your youngest child and indicate the # of additional family members attending the event. Join us for this full body workout to start your Saturday off on the right foot. All fitness levels welcome! Bring a towel or exercise mat. Class will be cancelled in inclement weather. Yoga in the Park (Ages 13 & up) Thursdays, May 28 - Sep 3, 9-9:55am Mills Park - FREE Join us for a refreshing Yoga class in Mills Park. Participants will learn the fundamental poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) of yoga. Bring a towel or exercise mat. Class will be cancelled in inclement weather. Move Before You Groove (All Ages) Just Before Summer Concerts in the Park! Sundays, June 14 - Aug 9, 4:30-5pm Scoville Park - FREE This family friendly program will get you moving before listening to our fabulous concerts in the park. Thirty minutes before the concert a Park District instructor will lead you in a fun and en- gaging fitness routine designed to get your blood moving before you sit and enjoy a lovely evening in the park. Our USA Archery instructors coach all skill levels and ages. Learn the basics stances, build your hand/eye coordination, and gain strength and accuracy! This sport is great for low-impact exercise, concentration and even relaxation. Spend a Saturday or a Wednesday with your family (up to 4 members) learning the basics of Archery! Ages 5 and up.
