In this target archery class you will learn the basics from stance, eye dominance, and accuracy. Class will be taught in three segments: fundamen- tals, skill building, and competition. Ultimately each archer will be competing against themselves to improve precision. Archery allows people to participate in low impact exercise, build hand/eye coordination, and gain concentration/relaxation techniques. Accommodations and instruction will be individually based. All age ranges and skill levels are welcome and encouraged to try their hand at archery.
