Recreational Classes
(Progressive)
OPG follows the guidelines of the USAG Developmen-
tal Program. Students learn the fundamentals of the
sport with an emphasis on safety and progressions.
Student progress is documented as they continue
through the program. Students must be 6 years of
age by January 10, 2016 to be eligible.

Beginner Girls 2
(Prerequisite Class)
For girls who have mastered the required skills of
Beginner Girls 1 and have received written notification
from their coach to sign up for this level. Classes are 1
hour, 20 minutes.

Advanced Beginner Girls
(Prerequisite Class)
For girls who have mastered the required skills of
the Beginner Girls 1 & 2 program and have received
written notification from their coach to sign up for this
level. Classes are 1 hr, 20 min

Intermediate, Advanced
Intermediate & Advanced Girls
(Prerequisite Class)
For girls who have mastered the skills required
for their previous levels and have received written
notification from their coach to sign up for this
level. 2X's per week discount available. Discounts
will be applied once registration is paid in full and
processed by the gymnastics center. Classes are 2 -
2.5 hours.
Competitive Levels
Team
USAG competition for girls, levels 3-10 and boys levels
4-10. Membership requires a year round commitment
and is by invitation only.
GIJO
This program offers recreational competition for girls
who try out and are selected from our Intermediate,
Advanced Intermediate and Advanced recreational
classes. The season runs February through mid-May
(workouts begin in January) and culminate with the
League Championships. This program is offered at the
discretion of the gym.
Oak Park Gymnastics offers several
"Mini Sessions" each season.
A mini session will give students the opportunity to take a
gymnastics class without committing to the time and cost of a
full session. Mini Sessions are first come first served - no priority
registration to anyone! See page 58 for upcoming Mini Sessions.
