Min 5/Max 15 Advanced Reading Class Supervisor: Mike Loszach This advanced reading skills program teaches students a more efficient technique to improve their reading rate and comprehension in just 6 short weeks! Improving your reading skills is a valuable life skill, but it will also help with your student's self-confidence and academic success! Supervisor: Mike Loszach This is a Winter Break Counselor in Training program designed to have two days of leadership training and two days of hands-on field experience working with the children in our Passport to Adventure: Winter Break program.The Counselor- In-Training program is for teens who are ready to take on a leadership role and learn to care for children in a camp setting. With staff guidance and encouragement, CITs will work with campers, supervise field trips, and assist with games, crafts, and activities. Besides helping the kids in your community, being a CIT looks great on a resume and may even help you land that paid camp counselor position you've been dreaming of! They carry the hottest multiplayer games for Wii, WiiU, XBOX, and PS3. A video game coach will be on board to help things run smoothly. Encourage your friends to sign up and then show them who the top gamer is! Min 8/Max 24 Spring Break Teen Scene Supervisor: Mike Loszach This is the place for teens looking to get off the couch and get out of Oak Park this Spring Break! With a field trip EVERY DAY and group games and activities there's no time to get bored. No need to worry about admission fees - they're all included. With great staff who love working with teens, parents can be assured that their teens are in good hands and teens can rest easy knowing that they'll have a great time with their friends - old and new! Min 8/Max 30 JUST FOR TEENS Just For Teens CIT Leadership Training can give you an edge when job hunting, especially if you want to become a camp counselor next summer! Handbuilding techniques, as well as opportunities to try your hand at the wheel, allow you creative freedom to make your perfect piece.
