40 www.pdop.org Mad Science: Five Senses Camp Supervisor: Kelly Baran rough the use of their five senses your child will: look closely with their eyes, feel texture with their hands, listen intently with their ears, taste sweetness with their tongue, and smell fragrances with their nose. Young children learn best through hands-on discovery, where they can develop their five senses and understanding. Each day will be devoted to the exploration of a different sense through experiments, games, projects and stories. Min 10/Max 15 5 Days of Archery - Spring Break Supervisor: Amanda Heiman 5 Days of Archery - Spring Break will consist of fundamental training, skill building, and game learning. Each day will build off the previous one; culminating with a final competition on Friday. No previous archery experience required - spend your spring break aernoons/evenings with us and our USA Archery certified instructors who will encourage and coach all ages and skill levels . . . all week long! Players will work on first touch and ball control in a fast, dynamic and fun environment. It will include individual possession, 1v1's, 2v2's and other small sided games that will be progressed over the course of the week. It is a great way to sharpen your soccer skills prior to the Spring Season whether you play travel, AYSO or recreational soccer. Min 10/Max 50 SCAW Camp Supervisor: Amanda Heiman is camp is designed for students to explore their creativity. A new project medium will be introduced each day. Students will create art indoors and out (weather permitting), engage in three 50 minute art lessons in the morning, spend time in the "creative studio" which is an open ended area filled with art supplies, and aer lunch work on an all camp mural to display at the end of the week! Min 8/Max 24 Spring Break Beach Party Supervisor: Karyn DeYoung Spring Break is here and to celebrate we're throwing an indoor beach party! Build a sand castle, toss a beach ball, play some fun summer games and enjoy refreshing poolside drinks all while staying warm and dry inside! is is a drop-off program. Lunch is provided. Min 8/Max 40 Ceramics Camp Supervisor: Amanda Heiman It's a brand-new Spring Break Cermaics camp! Spend your time away from school getting your ceramics on! Spots are limited so sign up today! Min 4/Max 6 Circus Camp Supervisor: Laura Greeley is camp is designed for students to try their hand at Circus. is is an introduction to the art with a small showcase display for parents on the last day. You will learn basic tricks and stunts straight from the circus. Trapeze and aerial silks will be taught. is is a unique opportunity and a great way to improve strength and coordination.
