Our focus is on your overall wellness targeting not only increasing your fitness level, but also your mental wellness. Come enjoy a workout, sweat with friends and walk away feeling rejuvenated and motivated to come back for more. Signing up for a class is quick and easy through our MindBody software (it also includes an app for your phone). Schedules are online at www.pdop.org/fitnessschedule each month so that you can plan ahead for success and stay on track with your goals. Summer will be here before you know it - the time to get swimsuit ready is now! FITNESS YOUR WAY Whether you are just starting to work out, or are a seasoned regular, we have a class for you! Reserve your spot in a fitness class (and even one for your child in our babysitting program) with just a few clicks of your mouse! Classes are available as a single class, a 10-pack of classes, or unlimited monthly access to all of our regular group fitness classes. WHAT IT COSTS • Single class – $10 for residents / $15 for non-residents • 10-pack of classes - $80 for Residents / $120 for non-residents (save up to 20%, and mix and match classes!) BEST DEAL!
